By using Pdfito.com ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. Service Description

Pdfito provides free online tools for processing PDFs, images, and creating documents. The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Pdfito to:

• Upload copyrighted material without permission
• Process illegal content (CSAM, violence, fraud)
• Attempt to bypass security measures or rate limits
• Overload our servers with automated scripts
• Reverse engineer or scrape the service
• Remove passwords from PDFs you don't own
• Create misleading or fraudulent documents (fake invoices, forged IDs)

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Content of files you upload
• Accuracy of information in generated documents (invoices, biodata, rent agreements)
• Legal validity of documents in your jurisdiction (get rent agreements notarized, etc.)
• Compliance with local laws regarding document processing

5. No Warranty

Pdfito is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee:

• 100% uptime or availability
• Error-free processing of every file
• Compatibility with every PDF format
• Legal validity of generated documents

For legal documents (rent agreements, GST invoices), consult a lawyer or accountant before use.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pdfito and its operators are NOT liable for:

• Data loss (always keep backups of important files)
• Processing errors or corrupted output
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Legal or financial consequences of using generated documents

7. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of files you upload. Pdfito makes no claim on your content. The Pdfito brand, logo, website design, and code are our property.

8. Advertising

Pdfito is supported by advertising (Google AdSense). Ads keep the service free. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for details on advertising data practices.

9. Service Changes

We may:

• Add, modify, or remove tools at any time
• Update these Terms with notice on our homepage
• Discontinue the service if necessary

10. Termination

We may block users who violate these Terms. Since there are no accounts, this means IP-based blocking for serious violations.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
